How can I order?
On the homepage, go to ‘Shop’ then click the section you want to buy products from such as T-shirt, Hoodies, Bottoms, Headwear. After clicking one of the sections, you will now see all the products listed. Just choose the products that you desire then click add to cart.
What is the order number?
An order number is also the reference number. It will be given to you once you purchase the product.
What are the modes of payment
The mode of payments is BDO, BPI, Unionbank. We also accept Gcash, paypal, and Cash on delivery!
Can I do Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we do accept COD (Cash on Delivery) nationwide!
Is there a shipping fee?
The good news is, there is no shipping fee! So, you can purchase our products without worrying about how you will pay for the shipping fee.
How do I know If my order/s have been shipped?
GUMMY will email you once your order/s have been shipped.
Where can I track my order?
You will receive an email with the attached tracking number once your order/s have been processed.
How many days does it take for my order to get shipped?
If you live around Metro Manila, the shipping days will be around 2-3 days, then 3-5 days if you are outside of Metro Manila (depending on the place you live).
Is there a refund?
Yes, there is a refund, but you will have to take a video of yourself unboxing the product first because it serves as proof whether it is damaged or wrong size and color.
